Commencement Day Photos

“Action shots” of each graduate are taken at satellite ceremonies as each student crosses the stage. Generally speaking, students will provide their name and e-mail address to the photographer upon approaching the stage area, and will have proofs e-mailed to them within 24 hours of the ceremony. GradImages is the photographer for USC’s satellite ceremonies. Information from GradImages about getting your proofs and ordering photos is available online.

Yearbook Photos

Graduates’ photos will appear in USC’s El Rodeo yearbook. Photos are taken on campus free of charge by the official yearbook photographer, Lauren Studios, in the Student Union during the fall semester. The deadline to have yearbook photos taken is November. There will be a make-up session in January for students who were studying abroad during the fall.

Parents and students were notified about yearbook photos with a letter this fall. A reminder postcard and e-mails will also be sent to students expected to graduate according to the registrar’s records. More information on graduates’ photos is available at the El Rodeo website. For any additional questions about yearbook photos, you may contact the USC Office of Student Publications at (213) 740-2707 or by e-mail at
