Dear Graduating Students,
Your 2025 commencement tickets are now available in your USC Ticket Office My Account and are ready to be downloaded and distributed to your guests.
All graduating students attending commencement ceremonies are required to have tickets for themselves and up to ten named guests. These tickets are free of charge. Children under two years of age do not need a ticket to attend.
You will need a mobile device and your USC email address to access your tickets. After downloading and claiming your mobile tickets, you must distribute them to your named guests.
Please note, tickets for events taking place on campus that are not academic school ceremonies will not appear in your USC Ticket Office account. If you’ve registered for one of these events, you will receive a QR code for entry a few days before the event, sent directly by the event coordinator. For a full list of these events, please visit our website.
Graduates may request additional tickets starting Monday, April 28, through the Additional Ticket Request Form on our commencement website. All requests for additional tickets will be reviewed, and we will do our best to accommodate requests as space allows.
Here’s a summary of the process for accessing tickets:
- Visit My Account to view, download, and transfer your commencement tickets.
- Sign in using your USC email address and password (or a one-time code).
- Find your tickets under “My Upcoming Events.”
- Download the tickets you intend to use and transfer them to your guests by entering their name and email or mobile phone. Tickets may not be transferred to another student. Separate tickets are required for each ceremony.
- Each guest will need to accept the transferred ticket and create an account for the transfer to be complete.
- Each ticket is individually barcoded and required for admission.
For additional instructions on how to download, transfer, and use your tickets, please review our USC Mobile Ticketing Guide.
For ticket-specific assistance, the USC Ticket Office will be staffing a table in front of the USC Bookstore from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on April 24, April 25, April 28, April 30, May 2, May 5, May 7, and May 9. They can assist any graduates who may need help downloading and transferring their tickets.
Additionally, you may call the USC Ticket Office on weekdays between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. PST at (213) 740-4672 (GOSC) and press 4, or email uscto@usc.edu. You can also visit the Galen Center Box Office located at the corner of Jefferson and Figueroa.
Other important notes:
To attend commencement events, you and your named guests will need to present the mobile tickets for scanning, so please be sure to bring your mobile device with you. Printed versions of a mobile ticket will not be accepted.
Please note that events taking place at the Galen Center, Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, Shrine Auditorium, and USC Village Great Lawn will each require their own ticket in addition to the USC campus access ticket you will receive for Friday, May 16.
