USC Viterbi School Ceremonies
The Viterbi School ceremonies will take place on Friday, May 15, 2026 at the Galen Center. Each event is expected to last approximately two hours.
- 9 a.m. — Undergraduate Ceremony
- 1 p.m. — Master’s Ceremony (Ceremony 1)
- 4:30 p.m. — Master’s Ceremony (Ceremony 2)
The PhD ceremony will be held on Wednesday, May 13, 2026 at 8:30 a.m. in Bovard Auditorium.
A special note about ceremonies held at the Galen Center:
The Galen Center enforces a clear bag policy. Attendees may only enter with a bag that adheres to this policy; no bag storage will be available on site. Cameras with lenses under 3″ will be permitted. Cell phones should be placed in a clear bag or removed from pockets before entry. Visit the Galen Center website for the most comprehensive information to help you prepare for the day.
Viterbi School Receptions
Undergraduate Reception
When: Friday, May 15, 2026 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Where: Reception location will be announced in the spring semester
Master’s Reception
When: Friday, May 15, 2026 from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Where: Reception location will be announced in the spring semester
PhD Reception
When: Wednesday, May 13, 2026 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Where: Associate Park
Ticketing
No tickets are needed for this ceremony. Tickets are required only for the main ceremony on Thursday, May 14, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum. View Main Stage Ceremony ticketing information.
