Important Reminders for Graduates
Planning in Advance
- Degree Progress & Mailing Information: Log in to my.usc.edu and check OASIS to confirm that all degree requirements have been completed and your mailing address is correct. Diplomas are mailed to your permanent address approximately six weeks after Commencement.
- Grad Fest: Order your cap and gown, along with other graduation mementos, at Grad Fest. The event takes place in February at the Ronald Tutor Campus Center Ballroom. For more details, contact the USC Bookstore.
Heading into Commencement Week
- School Ceremony: Check the location and times for your school’s ceremony and receptions. Be sure to share this information with your family and friends.
- Meet-Up Location: Choose a spot to meet your family and guests after your ceremony and receptions.
- First Destination Survey: USC asks all graduating students to share their post-graduation plans. Whether you’ve accepted a job, are continuing your education, or are still exploring options, your response is important. Students who complete the survey will be entered to win weekly prizes, including AirPods Pro and a variety of gift cards. Note: MBA and JD students should report their plans through their school’s career services office.
